Founded in 1984, we have grown to more than 170 members. We are dedicated to the study, discussion and exchange of information about beads and beadwork and to share our knowledge through educational programs, workshops, a newsletter and website.

Mama's Minerals Santa Fe store on February 22, from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm, or at the Albuquerque store on February 23, from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm.
Soft Flex's latest project book, Show Your Colors , co-Author Sara Hardin Oehler will be on site for personal autographs, and will also be holding a free "make it and take it" project workshop.
No registration for the book signing is required. However, spaces to participate in the "make it and take it" project are limited and are therefore available on a first come, first served basis. Please RSVP for the workshop.

The BSNM Newsletter is published six times a year: January/March/May/July/September/November.
Contributions are due the first of the month and published the middle of the month. The newsletter will be e-mailed to member who have e-mail only. We do not mail newsletters.

The BSNM is run by volunteers!
We need your help with special events and activities throughout the year.
Please consider helping with one of these BSNM commitments. Experienced BSNM volunteers will help you become familiar with what is needed for these activities - so you won't feel like a duck out of water when it comes time to man a booth, conduct a demonstration, or contact local venues. It only takes a few hours of your time.
Volunteers are eligible to win valuable prizes at our Holiday Party in November. In 2010, we held two volunteer "Thank You" drawings, each for $100 gift certificates to Mama’s Minerals and Rio Grande.
